These big cancer conferences like to have a few bits of big new news to release to the waiting press.
Hence imu could go in to a trading halt pending results (tomorrow maybe) and then announce that news at the cancer conference.
This assumes imu has something interesting to say, but a completely safe treatment where patients create their own antibodies to fight the cancer, is a newsworthy thing imho.
