I will put it to bed now. [Theoc, I am not a trader anyway.] Opinions and speculation are OK, but IMO pure garbage regarding facts can and should be challenged and so much of that sort of stuff goes on wrt comment on consolidations.

IMO, most consolidations occur on long lived but as yet unsuccessful penny stocks (i.e. non nett income producers) who have been through multiple iterations of capital raising / r&d spending and feel the need to throw off the penny stock tag for whatever reason. As a result the majority keep on keeping on the time worn statistical track and eventually fail. The failures having nothing to do with the consolidation itself, but rather the quality of the company and its IP.

IMU fits the basic criteria for a consolidation pretty well, and once again IMO, one will come, especially if the current Phase 1 generates the strong positive signals expected by many on this forum. I am gambling (along with NEU who have done their consolidation) that at least one, or preferably both, companies have the credentials to buck the usual penny stock consolidation failure rate.
