While I have no idea on what FV is let me give you an example of what watching the markets does to me personally when I get involved in the day to day grind of market watching. I had a decent amount of money in BOQ at a very attractive price in the 9’s. Watching the market today had me looking at the sp, looking at my profit and looking at the chart and deciding that I was comfortable taking those profits so I exited my position. Although I believe that as usual I will have exited far too early I can live with that so good luck to you too
