Perhaps paying less attention to the headline bad news of the day would be of assistance to you. I know it has been for me. Where I used to listen to Australian talkback radio all day and fill my mind with negativity about the hot political topic of the day I’ve avoided it for a while now and while I can still be alert to major developments, the pointless commentary of everyone having an opinion is muted. No more HC political debate (or very little) for me.

I have no idea where BOQ will go sp wise just as I have no idea what developments will happen in the next hour or minute but I do know that when the sp hits a price I feel is overvalued I’ll be exiting my position. The downside to that is historically I’ve always sold far to early

I was thinking of $13 as FV based on the earnings, dividend yield, NII projections, margin projections and a fe other bits.
