Well, in other states such as Victoria, some parts such as Bundoora where the poor woman was brutally murdered are becoming uninhabitable due to health and safety concerns. Victoria plus Queensland house prices are crashing to the ground.
The fall in house prices and lack of habitation of outlying suburbs such as Wollongabba in Brisbane and Bundoora in Melbourne due to health and safety fears is not great for BOQ.
My sentiment was changed for the reason of impact of house prices in Brisbane and Melbourne due to public safety fears and the possible impact on BOQ IMHO.
