BOQ up 3.03% to $9.87 as I write outperforming all of the other banks by a long way, % wise. I acknowledge banks stocks have been volatile of late but that has thrown up some great entry points. I refer to my previous post whereby my thoughts were that BOQ could outperform the majors in the short to medium term as it was oversold and I stand by that call.
I read that Australia's population could double by 2050 so banking products are going to be in demand well into the future by a much larger population than today. BOQ offers growth potential, a good dividend return and a proven brand with some diversification down the eastern seaboard. If it could hitch up with one of its cousins it could put the cat among the pigeons. DYOR.
