Biggsy you are on the money in my book. I keep topping up under $9.50 and like you am building a nice nest egg and am in profit on my holding. MYS operates on the eastern seaboard with its core biz in Tassie + Vic & NSW. Has a grossed up yield circa 9%. Worth a look under $4.50.
