Best thing about MCE is that the PE from the interim is still 9.44, so if it gets re-evaluated as a growth company over the next 12 months, there's still a long way to go.
I've worked at the AMC in Henderson and know that's a fantastic new development, kudos to the WA government for their initiative. Glad to have found his one so far (even only since March).
