Agree Donnie - The performance steps do relate to SH/Co aspirations. Those steps should be achievable as I believe PGM's project stars are starting to align.
Hope Mr Nolan has the $800K to exercise those 4 Mill Co options at $0.20 each by Dec 2019. This may prove a stretch on his $323K pa (~$200K after tax) salary.
