A message needs to be sent to the authors of APC's present dilemma.

Office Holders in the company are voting themselves a tidy number of shares I presume to cover the dilution factor in the raise. Not even these brilliant gentleman probably expected just how widely successful they would be in cutting the legs out from under the company. The sheer brilliance of their actions to place the future of our company in the hands of the underwriters yet again after the past experience of a year ago is simply breath taking.
At the very least, they certainly do not deserve any such hand out of further shares or options, at the very best the they should resign and take their collective wisdom to benefit some other company far away from APC.

SHAREHOLDERS need to send a very clear message that the diminishment of shareholder value of this magnitude will not be tolerated. APC needs urgent clear headed direction to avoid further loss of shareholder value.
