Interesting. Mejority first submitted affidavits and filed for discovery on 19 December in the Perth registry of the Federal Court of Australia. XPD and Mejority are both being represented by Perth/Fremantle based law firms. I can't see any details of Mejority's claim but wonder if we should be initiating a class action based on our losses resulting from what I believe is XPD's fraudulent and deceptive conduct. Or just wait and see what comes of Mejority's action.
