    But, what is stopping them from declaring a dividend and paying the dividend now?

    world cup start this june. The company should be very profitable in the past 6 months and the upcoming 6 months.

    Management just don’t want to share the profit with minority holders. Hence we should not be asking them nicely for dividend ot buy back. we should be forcing them, via court order.
