Shareholders should take advantage of the current situation, where the owners is ineligible to vote. ( because they haven’t submit the substantial holders notice)
Call an EGM and install new directors, who will then liquidate the company.
Currently, there is 12 cents cash backing per share.. owners will syphon the cash if we don’t hurry and get to it first.
