they could have held it on a remote island at 6pm and no one would have been able to make it. at least in Perth CBD, we’ll have people turning up.
i hope ASIC is watching, the timing and location if this EGM.. seems like minority shareholders oppression to me, a reason for the court to force the company to do a share buy back.
