The general meeting on the 3rd January in Perth will be restricted to only those shareholders who can only physically attend. XPD should have also arranged a phone number to call into the meeting or a WEBEX link.
There will be a lot to shareholders who don’t live in Perth but would like to call into the meeting.
The officers of the company do not respond to emails or phone calls. Their recent letters to the ASX doesn’t even provide contact details.
These are the questions I would like answers too.
1) Can we get an it on the new production facility..some photo’s would be good to see.
2) what is the current years forecast for revenue and npat
3) has their been any update on potential acquisition opportunities, how will the $50m in the bank be used to benefit the c9mpany and shareholders
4) can the chairman and ceo of xpd do a better job of communicating with all shareholders?
5) why has it taken so long to resolve the shareholder transactions questions from the ASX. This delay is impacting all shareholders
6) the justification for the name change needs a lot more explaination
