I for one will definitely be going to this general meeting to vote on the 4 resolutions

The management and BOD will already have the numbers to vote these through as a yes or else they would not have put them up.

But I will vote NO at the meeting and voice my opinion and displeasure towards the way that this cheap deal has diluted the hell out of all long time shareholders.

If anyone is unable to make it and has any questions they want asking, I am happy to ask them on your behalf
