I just received my voting form for the General Meeting on 16th December.

I would like to strongly urge everyone here to at least send in your votes, and to vote "No" for Resolution 6, regarding "Payment of financial benefit to related parties under the Consultancy Deeds"; I believe that's the resolution dealing with payment of $15k and $8k PER MONTH to what I believe to be Peter Ashcroft and Ian Johns' companies.

I appreciate all the work they are putting into the project, I really do... but so far we have been sold on this stock based on the fact they are in the same boat as we are, with a large stock portfolio granted them in lieu of a salary so that they are just as invested in the success of the company as we all are.

After the recent results I think it's in bad taste to ask to be paid a salary at the same time. If they want a salary, I think they should hand in most of those shares that were supposed to be their compensation; you can't have it both ways at the same time.

Anyway... all the other resolutions look reasonable enough and necessary for the company, so I'll vote yes on everything else myself.

Even if it doesn't make any difference to the end-result, I'd strongly urge everyone to put in a protest vote on Resolution 6. You don't need to be personally present, just fill out the form for a proxy vote by the chairman on your behalf...

On a separate note; unfortunately I'm on an interstate holiday on the day of the meeting, because I'd have loved to be present to raise some questions. Is anyone else here going to be attending?
