Mollymeade, thats the 14/8 & sorry no I wont be.

The Board of Directors has resolved to hold a meeting of members on Friday
14 August 2009. Attached for release to the market is a set of the meeting
documentation.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide members with a Corporate Update

(Corporate Update coming, I think we may have news on China investment by then. If not we will get a good idea of when it may be finalized)

and to seek approval for the issue of shares to assist with the development of the Company's
activities.
