I doubt Genex are going to say anything negative that might put Arena grants and NAIF finance at risk!
In reality, the federal govt's abrogation of the Paris agreement targets is more or less irrelevant in the short term as the sum of State renewable energy targets should easily meet and likely exceed these targets (at least as far as electricity sector emissions are concerned).
Regarding wind farms, it is State governments that decide what will be built. Ironically, Mr Abbot's wind farm commissioner, almost certainly designed to hinder wind farm development, may actually have had the opposite effect.
