Perhaps this is optimistic but the only thing holding back CAT has been management shortcomings and corporate governance issues. If you could convince the original owners to part with their 30% CAT is not a bad takeover target. Inexpensive, best tech compared to peers, strongest market share at 12%, plus a considerable runway of growth and opportunity. A re rating based on more optimism, as well as a potential for this could easily add 40% to the share price.
