Like you, I was also under the impression that Blue Sky was seeking a off-market sale. However, that was their position prior to recent announcements.
Recent developments have given them the liquidity and price to commence their sell-down. If the market is able to absorb their partial sell-down, I can't really blame them given their entry price was around 2 cents from memory in the initial seeding round.
As previously indicated, Alcidion has re-entered my compelling buy zone following recent developments, even though the shareprice is much high.
Using the party analogy, there are quite a few of us here who arrived at the party a few hours early and have been making awkward chit chat between ourselves (over the past few years i must add!).
Other guests have now started to arrived and the conversation has started flowing.
Soon the party will be in full-swing.
How long before Mr Market gets drunk and starts making the scene is up to anyone's guess...
