In the industry that at least I work in, contracts dont come from nice conversations at a dinner table or lip service. People work hard to build credibility and to be trusted. Read the credentials of the board members and the management and I hope you will get some confidence.

As far as product and usability is concerned even Microsoft effed up with windows vista or apple with their maps but does that make them useless? Probably not.

On a positive note , I think what you are asking about is case studies and lack of user feedback on their website. I agree but as a serious investor you could ring up the company or look at one of their clients and ask them directly how alcidion products are before investing.
