Example of early stage health-tech companies takeover

    1. We bought NZ company oncall systems and named it smart page.
    2. MKM reverse takeover old ALC
    3. More examples: https://unauthorised investment advice/health/ma-finally-happening-healthtech-space/amp/

    Why:
    1. To access our dataset
    2. To acquire our customer base
    3. To acquire our cutting edge technologies that they can't build

What could one expect to be brought out for?

Case by case basis , * article could be an indication, but usually large tech giants got huge money and acquiring us could be a stepping stone for them entering in this sector. This is something they did for other areas too. Usually they will offer a significant premium to present market cap.

Could/would it be an option for ALC to continue on its own path?

Firstly, no one is going force to sell but we are here to make money. If a significant premium is offered that market unable to match, then why not? Secondly, after takeover how the business will run,is also case by case basis.
