Going to be a larger volume day than yesterday, higher VWAP and no signs of slowing down.

The 1mil plus sell order only lasted a few minutes before it was shot-down this morning. There is a lot of off-screen buying going on and the buy-sell side is still over 2 -1.

In relation to BlueSky, have also previously spoken to the company and was provided the same advice. BlueSky is in no rush to sell, they are not pressured and happy to hold until they see fair-value in the shareprice.

We were told about a potential bookbuild some months ago. I think if BlueSky do have a price, that price has been communicated to institutional investors. It would not be triggered as a sell until that price is seen on-market.

Whether the new announcement in relation to the UK NHS deal has now changed BlueSky’s opinion on fair-value? Who knows….

It has definitely changed my opinion of fair value.

Remember…. TheVeritas report provided a 9c valuation in November 2018… A lot has changedsince then!
