Alcidion is not an electronic medical record vendor and its not fair to compare apple and oranges. To implement a system statewide on such a large scale is always challenging!

Who knows what would have happened if they chose Alcidion. Shareholder side of me gives a thumbs up but imagine if Alcidion made it to the media like this! What would have happened to the share price? How many people would have lost money...What it would have done to our reputation..What legal writs it may have brought on us. The list goes on...A coin has always two sides .

Cerner has been there since late 70s and Alcidion is a fairly new company which is on its journey to be a useful product.
