The market is a strange beast, and still thinking 2019 will be a change of winds… first and foremost BlueSky needs to get sorted. It has been a few months since that broker report, can only hope there will be an outcome soon.
I believe there are a few reasons why the share price has been siting under 5 cents for a while..

1. Class B Milestone will be met - which means there will be another around 150 millions shares to be issued, and NB will get around 11 millions shares.
2. Bluesky holding - Like most people said here if they don't exit and the share price will likely to stay around this level.
3. Low cash reserve + high cash outflow - Instos will need to see consistent high customer receipts each quarter before they will pour money into this company. Otherwise a capital raising is on the cards now.

Hi Will.

My understanding is that the second issue of shares will go to the original MKM shareholders should the revenue targets be met.

NB was not an MKM shareholder.

So why do you think he will be eligible for these 11 million shares?
