I believe there are a few reasons why the share price has been siting under 5 cents for a while..

1. Class B Milestone will be met - which means there will be another around 150 millions shares to be issued, and NB will get around 11 millions shares.
2. Bluesky holding - Like most people said here if they don't exit and the share price will likely to stay around this level.
3. Low cash reserve + high cash outflow - Instos will need to see consistent high customer receipts each quarter before they will pour money into this company. Otherwise a capital raising is on the cards now.
