ALC is extremely poorly represented through current price.
- MKM transaction was valued at 5.05c a share. At the time many of us considered this to be cheap as Tech (AI) alone was a 20m investment and is pushing new boundaries.
- Since the merge we have a fully integrated product with ACT health. This alone is transformational.
- We have signed new contracts (Queensland Health), contract extensions (Northern Territory) and also collaborations (Alfred Health).
- We have opened many new doors – UK, NZ and Aus with the combined product suite.
ACT is a great example case, and would like to see a video or more communications showing the integrated product working and cost benefit analysis prior to implementation..
Anxious holders have to stop looking at the day-to-day movements of the SP.
We know it is misrepresented and does not reflect fair-value in ALC.
The market is a strange beast, and still thinking 2019 will be a change of winds… first and foremost BlueSky needs to get sorted. It has been a few months since that broker report, can only hope there will be an outcome soon.
