Bluesky have advised that they are looking to offload their 80ish million shares in ALC. Veritas securities were called in to help do a book build to enable a transaction of the whole sum of stock.

Any perspective institutional holders or whales will be either participating on the sidelines or waiting to see what the transaction value is before committing.

Granted, there are mitigating factors which will negate the impact of the current book build such as new contracts and good quarterly results. However I believe as we are still only 9 months post merge, it is a bit early to anticipate too much in that front. We all know that contract cycles alone can take 8-9 months.

Honestly looking forward to second half of this year. Think that is where we will see significant re-rate as NZ, UK contracts start to roll.

As for Australia, would love to see Calvary pop up again and maybe Queensland health to consider Miya
