This is a great sign to see continued recruitment after the merge. Shows that the business is growing and they have an ongoing demand based on sales/interest/opportunity.

So often I have seen organisations merge (speaking more private companies) and their first order of business is to cull staff (do more with less), in a aim to cut expenses through wages. So often this ends up doing more harm than good.

Is great to see ALC recruiting as their business grows. Looking forward to the quarterlies to come. If this first 4c was anything to go by we have prosperous times to come.
