    A big merger / acquisition that expands the company across multiple countries, a change of CEO and management team shuffle, new staff hires, new product training, etc, etc, etc.

    These things take time to do properly, and they must be done properly.

    The company that emerges will be an all together different beast.

    I'm happy to wait, comfortable in my holding and excited for the future.
