It really is quite inconclusive but the only change I can see is below. Funnily enough, it is just above your red dot prediction from yesterday.
The track gets darker between the 17th and 22nd indicating someone has been driving on it. Maybe they just had a car go up back up to drill hole 1 for some reason. Or maybe drill hole 3 could be somewhere around where the date stamp is.
