Yes they are legally obliged to provide a T20. Anyone actually called up and requested 1? They play hard ball everytime I call not this company but others in the past. It is quite literally like getting blood out of a stone. My understanding is you cannot repost it either.... Legally. Fee can be a few hundred dollars if they want to be difficult
