I've been speaking to an old driller mate of mine who has drilled diamond for the past 20 odd years all over the world and he reckons with the information at hand, ie.... broken ground, drilling at depth, triple tube system with 1.5m core samples on average the rig should roughly be drilling 10-15m per shift.

So if double shifting (days&nights) then let's work out some numbers from that!

I'm going with double shifting and 25m/day for my figures as Major Drilling are a worldwide professional outfit who in my opinion won't be stuffing around with single shifting as the obvious time delays and the extra problems it creates by leaving the rods parked up and not turning for 12hrs.

465m drilled as of end of shift Sunday so....
490m Tuesday.
515m Wednesday.
540m Thursday.
565m Friday.
590m Saturday.
615m Sunday.
640m Monday 18th March.
665m Tuesday.
and so on.

So I'm deducing that we hit lithium bearing brines roughly at the 550m mark which is today and then drill over the weekend before hopefully releasing the news to the market on Monday saying we've now hit the sweet stuff, thanks for coming and suck s#*t for selling out early and not having faith in the fundamentals that brought you here in the first place!

Ha ha from that you can see I'm still confident in GLN and have been here from the old DMI days and haven't sold any yet over the last 4 days free fall (which could be silly me) but let's just all settle down,stop stressing and let them finish drilling which I'm sure is still going nicely! Albeit also quite slowly!
