The csmat geophysics suggested that the blue areas may be saturated with brines, however in hole number 2 yesterday the drill bit was in the interpreted brine area with no brines.
I have read that lithium saturated brines tend to be heavier than surrounding fluids and will continue to sink down towards the basement. Hole number one tends to support that theory for me.
Drill hole number 1 was a fantastic result, and will probably be replicated throughout Candelas, as it is a huge area.
Lets see what the drill finds as it nears the basement.
