Question: If instos can only purchase shares in a company that has a MC over 100 mill, is there also a period of time that the share company needs to be over 100m before the insto can buy?is this a rule by the Govt to protect the instos customers or just something they say? It would make sense as I remember that Pom who bought down the English Bank by trading erratically, so governing with a MC of 100m is some sort of protection I guess. Anyone know, thank
