I would expect they are new holders maybe some instos topping up slightly aswell... happy where this is all heading going to be a great couple of years ahead...results will speak for themselves and the only pumping this stock will need is brine into ponds (or new tech facilities)
Will be interesting what livent may do in the future as they still want to acquire assets... why not make use of GLN or JV with us...
