Depends what it says. If they pull out of the deal that’s obviously bad, but I agree with @Brando31, I think that’s unlikely since the money is in escrow and they’re just waiting for a judge to rubber stamp the tenement transfer.
More likely just an ANN confirming it’s all one.
Could be adding more land to the deal if Galaxy have expanded their reserve to the south, but that’s pure speculation.
