The wording they've chosen to use gets the mind thinking.
Why say 'regarding the sale of a package of tenements' instead of 'regarding the sale of the package of tenements'? The market is already fully aware of the sale so that one word sounds like it is something new or different to previous. Whatever it is, it'll prove interesting for Galan's future, whether it is the existing agreement finalising, something new, or the deal falling through, I can think of ways that all benefit Galan.
