In the same thread on twitter as the OP from Simon Moore, another poster stated that he's quoted $100/kwh at the cell level. They then go on to say there is a 25% more required to reach pack level. Seems in line with what you're saying at 31%, so it's not quite there yet but on the right track. You'd assume probably within the next 12 months based on tech advancement speeds
