JP Morgan are buying for Galaxy because it is only Galaxy that knows what is most likely in the Candelas sands. No one else knows. Not even JP or Billy. Everyone else is just hoping and guessing. This gives Galaxy a huge advantage that will only last for a few more weeks. The window of opportunity for GXY is about to shut.
The sale to Posco and costs for Galaxy to develop SDV are entirely seperate issues. Galaxy can see very clearly that GLN is very cheap and a clear opportunity that doesn’t come along very often. They will develop SDV with a third party with deep pockets and their stake in Galan may just help them fund their share of developing SDV. AIMHO.
