Hi there. Apologies but youre going to have to do your own research. I have seen other posts with similar quantums as mine so I believe we are in the ballpark.

I said conservative because I think what a lot if NPV obsessed people dont take into account is that stock equity is tradable. While a project might gross up to a value and be seen as the value of the project it may have a high average annual rate of return. If other investors are getting lower returns elsewhere they will likely be keen to pay a bit more to get a better result. That is they will trade a few % by paying a higher price because even with doing that they are better off hence driving price up. This process reiterates until the anual return normalises.
