Funding for the processing plants would come from a source/s that must be pretty confident about finding the (cobalt) ore resource needed for stock-feed, deeming it (possibly) viable. Maybe they know the ground better than some/most... maybe they have other sources of info that leads them to believe it's worth the risk... I'm hoping it's everything and more.

If BMR present positive news, it will be beneficial for all. Anything substandard would mean, we (MEI) keep drilling (other tenements). I feel quite confident about the next ann. but that's my opinion only.

Your 'Speculating' could very well become reality... time will tell !!
