As cobalt pricing recovers however this will start to become less of a pipe dream. Not saying it will ever see the giddy heights ($40-45USD a pound) of last year but $25-$30USD pound starts to get the market moving. If local drillers are finding things and MEI actually finds some Cobalt this will get us to a more respecable level for the average downs.
