One other point I would make to @Diesteach is to remember that management voluntarily gave up their performance rights to get the sp to certain levels! I mean how much confidence or lack thereof does that show that they don't even think they can get the SP to a certain level to get free shares!
No doubt there will be new performance shares issued when they have a new project and that's fair enough but imo if there was any prospect in Canada they would not have given up the performance rights!
