More to that . . I know I sound overly optimistic . . but BMR has no real reason to make a lot of noise as private investors are backing them 100% . . for all we know they may have a feed/stream contract with China in progress.

And ESI only just paid the $10m USD downpayment on the processing plant for BMR in Cobalt Canada (all funded by one investor . . probably also someone needing a shedload of Cobalt).

I cant imagine that is because BMR doesnt have more than McAra up their sleeves (McAra is pretty small at these Cobalt prices)

ESI and BMR releases as late as November point to the investment in Cobalt production facilities in the area with millions already spent. 

So . . BMR has said they will IPO Q1, They've also said they will release production plans March 6, ESI quarterly is voluntary and due early March . . a bunch of other ducks lining up. We just have to hope it's good news then MEI can ride that wave a little.
