Checked on the Cobalt price last night and it's at a 2 year low...

Checked on the Cobalt price last night and it's at a 2 year low with stocks now at a 2 year high. This is probably what is dragging down Cobalt focused stocks. . . .  that and not actually having proven cobalt resources. That being said . .it's still a high value commodity if you have enough of it and in a poly metalic envinmet even better.

Depending on who's report you read, Cobalt demand is going up fast however supply is also going up fast and stocks are at a high. There's basically a lot of it in stock in warehouses. The miners that are making big investments in this area would be hoping that the demand cross over will come sooner rather than later but that may not be until 2025. 

So going for Gold and building resource near the gigafactories is a good play, Canada needs to prove up the Cobalt area and perhaps invest in local battery production to make use of it.
