HI Doors. Im fotunate to know people who are involved in the Congo Ebola crisis. It's real and at the moment it's "controlled" but could very easily not be. Porous border, civil war, no documentation. There are several countries including Australia involved in trying to stop it reaching the large refugee camps and then potentially crossing into larger population areas. If as a bi-product countries are protecting their own workers thats standard foreign policy. . . and more reason why working with a stable environment like Canada would be more viable
