If they are true to their word, there is nothing stopping a Winter drill at Joyce. Targets have been identified it's just a matter of securing Harry Stamper and his team to go drill in January. I'd say next week we will get the "We will drill in a week's time" memo.
The other sites still need ground geophys, that's a different story.
