    I hear you, look at the levels I bought in and know I could have 4x the position at the moment . . but then i probably would have wasted it on some other speccy Cobalt trade that got smashed if i'd waited till now. A very very slow top up process  . . but someone else is also buying up in reasonable volume and taking a position  . . so my guess is the people in the know are seeing a Q1 growth plan
